Aimed at raising awareness of how much water is used to prepare traditional Chinese dishes, pop-up restaurant Wonder Water Café joined forces with Part of a Bigger Plan and NOWNESS. For its launch during Beijing Design Week, we animated a sample dish to show the exact amount of ‘virtual’ water used.
